Love cottage cheese!!! So I wanted something soft and tasty and not very sweet. And so was born this dessert. Impromptu I called Orange soft. Try it, you'll understand why! Think not I came to mind, but I wanted to share!!! :-)

We will prepare all our ingredients
The orange peel and grind in a blender. I love the bitterness of the skins, so crushed with her.
To puree the orange, added cheese, put them together, mix thoroughly.
Poured whipping cream. Again carefully whisk.
The resulting dessert put in a sundae dish and decorate to your taste (I had a can of chocolate cream). As a decoration you can use poppy seeds, grated chocolate, cereals... All that tells Your imagination!
