Baked the capelin today and decided to make it into something interesting. And then there's avocado is ripe on the windowsill (I bought it not ripe, so ripe). Turned out pretty delicious sandwiches.

Take some fish and mash with a fork.
Cut avocado, remove the pit, spoon from the rind of to choose and also mash them with a fork.
To connect with capelin avocado, add mayonnaise. Whisk everything. Optionally, pepper and add the garlic. But without it the ground turns out delicious.
Spread the mixture on the loaf and cut top of olives. Bon appetit!
