Such a pleasant, gentle, with a very satisfying salad! I do not remember where and when I first tried it. One thing is for sure - I like it! Perhaps there are still fans!

Avocado, apples, pineapple arbitrarily cut. The flesh of the avocado can be watered with lemon juice (not darkened, and the lemon flavor is appropriate here). But I avoid the lemon. To me it tastes better. Further, the layout of the ingredients I have is this: everything, except the sausage, 1:1:1. Sausage put quite a bit of shade.
Vegetable oil, eggs, mustard prepare homemade "mayonnaise". On our website lots of recipes for this sauce. So I will be brief. One egg filled with oil "by eye", so to cover. Added 1/2 tsp of mustard, salt, pepper. Lowered immersion blender to the bottom of the jar (the blender does not move). Whipped until white, fluffy, smooth.
Instead of "mayonnaise" you can use sour cream or unsweetened yogurt, but I personally prefer the first option. Prepare the salad in its sole discretion, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
