Salad of oranges
First tasted this salad in the Mana region of Peninsula Peloponnese. A traditional, rather old recipe. This salad is prepared from a just-ripening sour oranges! The region of Mana borders with the famous Laconia, which is a fruity Paradise of Greece!!! The most delicious oranges, tangerines, peaches, nectarines, etc. grow there! Offer the recipe is simple, but very original taste of the salad!!!

Ingredients

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Onion

    0.25 piece

  • Olives

    10 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Oranges to cut.

Onion cut into thin half-rings.

Add the black olives.

Season with olive oil, vinegar, add black pepper and salt to taste.
