Meat in Spanish
Very flavorful, tender and insanely delicious meat. The recipe was taken from the forum of the newspaper "My family".

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Dry red wine

    1 bottle

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

The meat is cut into small pieces across the grain, heats in a pan with vegetable oil and fry the meat in it no more than 5 minutes.

Pour the meat with wine so that it was covered.

Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about an hour, the wine should remain quite a bit.

Cut onion into thin half-rings, add the meat, salt to taste. Slightly increase the flame and fry until cooked onions (without lid).

Garnish well suited mashed potatoes or rice. Bon appetit!
