Wheat-rye bread with ginger
Today I want to offer bread with a little solonkova crumb, with a subtle aroma and taste of ginger. The bread is not very dense, with a soft crust. When cutting is absolutely not crumbles. Very tasty with entrees.

  • Yeast

  • Soy sauce

  • Water

    420 ml

  • Salt

  • Dry milk

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tsp

  • Ginger

    2 tsp
