Swedish custard Apple pie
The fourth day of our Apple week. Today we are going to cook the most tender and for me personally unusual pie. When I came across this recipe I knew I would not rest until cook.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

  • Vanilla

We will cook in the form, covered with baking paper. Clean and cut into slices the apples, cut the lemon. Put them on paper. Lately I constantly come across a crappy kind of paper. Have it liberally, otherwise it sticks tightly. So be careful!

Proceed to the most interesting stage of the preparation of this cake: cook the dough! Heat oil in a pan with the sugar, a little proverjaem (do everything on very low heat), add sour cream...

... gradually introduce the flour and vanilla. The resulting dough is homogeneous and viscous.

Hot test cover apples with lemon. Spread all the dough on the surface. Looks like our creation is not much, but let's be patient.

About 40 minutes in a hot oven to bake a pie Browning. Flavorful it is!

Gently turn over cake onto a plate and remove paper. All! Quickly-quickly chop it and serve.
