Cooking
For the sponge cake separate the yolks from the whites,
Beat the whites with the sugar and a pinch of salt
RUB the yolks with sugar and vanilla.
Mix the flour and pudding mix.
I took the raspberry, but the cake turns out very tasty and airy and with vanilla, cream and caramel.
To the yolks add proteins and gradually stir in the flour with pudding.
Form grease with oil and spread the dough. I did 2 separate layers (and then I have problems with the separation of one into two Korzh )
Bake each cake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees so you don't burn on the bottom of the oven I put a pan of water.
