Berry jelly with champagne
Delicious dessert with berries and champagne. Found this recipe from Julia Vysotskaya. Cooked and was very pleased. Champagne jelly makes ordinary extraordinary. This is a dessert for adults!

Dissolve gelatin in warm water, leave for 40 minutes, then bring to the boil, strain through a sieve, pour in jelly with warm orange juice. So it was written in the recipe. I have instant gelatin, spread a small amount of warm water, then well stirred, not strained, and brought to a boil and mixed with orange juice.
