Easter buns
I want to offer you a recipe for delicious Easter biscuits. Simple to prepare, fragrant and beautiful homemade Easter buns will be an interesting addition to the usual cakes.

Ingredients

  • Milk

  • Brown sugar

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Raisins

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

In warm milk dissolve yeast and 1 tsp sugar. Leave for 15 minutes in a warm place until bubbles

In the dough add the salt, egg yolks and melted butter, stir

Then brown sugar

Sifted flour, knead a soft dough. Flour recommend the parts, well vymeshivaem.

Raisins, wash and pour boiling water for 15 minutes, dry

Toss with a little flour. I got the raisins into the dough at once and then a Cup with the dough put in the slow cooker (turn on the heat storage).

After 40 minutes the dough was ready

From the dough form balls, leave for proofing for 15-20 minutes

For a pattern mix 3 tbsp milk, flour and 1 tsp vegetable oil

Draw confectionery syringe cross. Bake muffins need a hot oven at t 200* for 20-30 minutes

For the glaze, mix together warm milk and powdered sugar and stir. Once the buns are ready, brush them with glaze.
