Green salad with eggs-curry
Spicy, bright and easy to prepare salad.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Mint

    5 g

  • Cabbage

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Curry

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

Salad wash, dry. The eggs boil hard boiled, clean. Cut in half lengthwise, remove the yolks.

To the yolks add the cream, mustard, salt, pepper, curry. Stir with a fork until smooth.

The yolk mass to spread in proteins. For special occasions this can be done using a pastry bag. But if I'm hungry, then just gently spread with a spoon. Sprinkle with paprika powder.

With orange to cut the peel, remove the white walls. From the remains to squeeze out some juice. To prepare filling, mix orange juice, olive oil, salt, pepper.

If you use the young cabbage, just to break it a couple of leaves. If "adult", then cut into strips.

On a plate put the lettuce, cabbage, leaves of fresh mint. Arrange the orange segments. Pour with the dressing.

Serve with egg curry.
