Buckwheat salad with saury
A variation on the popular "Mimosa". A very tasty variation!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Saira

    1 can

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    90 ml

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Boil buckwheat.

Main ingredients. Onion cut into half rings and marinate in vinegar for 20 minutes.

From canned food to drain the liquid and mash the fish with a fork.

Carrots grate and fry in Rast. oil for 5 minutes. Lay layers. 1-layer buckwheat,2-bow+half carrots.

3 layer-tuna +mayonnaise.

4 layer the remaining half of the roasted carrots.

5-layer proteins, rubbed on a large grater.

6 layer-cheese, grated on a coarse grater+mayonnaise.

Up grated on a fine grater yolk.
