Cottage cheese biscuits
Soft, light, beautiful. Took the recipe from Internet.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Knead the dough. Roll out, cut into wide strips (was in a hurry did not have time to take a picture, sorry). Sprinkle striped sugar, roll roll and cut in half.

Dipped in sugar (I did) and lay out on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 gr. C for 15-20 minutes.

The top is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
