Cottage cheese-fruit pie
A big plus of this cake is that it is possible to prepare a variety of fruits, even from a dense fruit jam... and so flavor options are endless. I decided to make with apples.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Vanilla

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Take the required number of oat flakes TM Mistral.

Add the sugar and melted margarine.

Add baking soda and flour. Knead the dough in the form of crumbs.

Leave a little dough for the topping of the pie, and the rest distributed along the bottom of the greased form.

Whisk in a blender into a homogeneous mass of cheese, sugar, eggs. Pour all the dough.

In a pan melt the butter, add the sugar. Add sliced apples and fry until soft apples.

Catch the apples with a slotted spoon so that the juice remaining in the pan. Spread them on the cheese layer. Can a little push.

Sprinkle top of dough remains. Bake at 180 C for 50-60 minutes.
