These Selecci happened to me quite by accident. I made puff pastry milk for another recipe ( I participate on another cooking site). I still have the dough and my daughter asked to make her something with boiled egg and green onions. That was such loecki.

Cooking
Make the dough. In the bowl pour 0.5 cups sifted flour.
Put in the flour, frozen margarine.
And crumble the margarine into the flour.
Now it is more convenient to RUB on a large grater.
On top pour 1 Cup sifted flour.
And fast fingers grind into crumbs.
Then gradually add the remaining flour to make dough, slightly stick to hands. Flour may need a little more, it depends on the margarine and beer. Put our dough in the package, wrapped and in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Shred the eggs with a fork and combine with chopped green onion.
Take out the dough from the refrigerator and divide into pieces.
Thinly rolled piece of dough.
Visually divide it into two parts. One part roll out roller for mesh ( a movie I kindly gave Tanya, for which many thanks to her!!!)
In the second part, the whole, spread the filling.
For convenience, you can immediately cut into strips.
And cover the filling part of the test, which we walked by the roller. The edges fastened.
And here I overdid it with the roller and cut the dough on the mesh and stripes...
And this is a solid piece of dough. I don't cut.
Put our selecky on a baking sheet with parchment, grease with beaten egg.
And bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes and then at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

And this last I forgot to brush with egg before baking. But not scary, they are just as delicious and tender...
