Dutch Easter pretzels
These sweet rolls are baked in the Dutch province of Overijsel for Easter. They are easy to make and delicious with tea or coffee. Rather get down to business, and your home will be filled with the wonderful smell of fresh baking!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Melt the butter with the honey and let it cool. Heat the milk to just warm. Sift the flour with salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center, put there the yeast and gradually add the milk, stir first with the yeast in the middle. Then add the oil and knead elastic dough. It looks like the dough.
