Cooking
Prepare the vegetables: carrot peel and cut into slices, potatoes into small cubes, beans in small pieces. Finely chop the onion, chop the garlic. Chicken fillet cut into small cubes.
The onion and garlic, saute until transparent in oil, can be directly in the pan, so convenient. Add curry (to taste and depending on composition) and stir up and heat up for half a minute. Then add tomato puree and sauté for two minutes. After that, all the vegetables, chicken and 2 liters of water or broth. If you are using broccoli or cauliflower, then add them toward the end of cooking soup. Soup add salt as needed and leave to cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
If You have peanut butter, this step is skipped. If not, then the roasted peanuts in the processor to grind into crumbs, add the sugar, starch and 100 ml of water and grind further. Well give 5 minutes to stand up and try again buzz by the processor.
When the potatoes and the vegetables in the soup is ready add homemade or purchased peanut butter (purchased need 3 tablespoons) and mix up the soup. Allow to boil and everything is ready! Bon appetit!
Soup decorated with whole peanuts and crushed red pepper, for those who are not afraid of spicy... Sorry for the quality of the photos is to mess around not like, but to eat just a very-very!
