Cooking
You will need ground meat, you can with fat.
Chop the garlic and add to the mince.
Break the minced chicken egg and mix well.
Add salt to taste and seasoning for minced meat. Mix well. The meat layer is ready!
Peel the potatoes and grate on a coarse grater.
Pour the flour, mix well. Add seasoning for potatoes. The potato layer is ready!
Dried apricots pour boiling water, then finely chop.
Foil grease with vegetable oil. Spread meat layer, on the edge put the dried apricots.
Roll the meat layer together with dried apricots. Spread on foil potato layer.
Put the meatloaf over the potatoes and turn the roll. Wrap loaf in foil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the loaf for about 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool and remove the foil. Before serving, slice the roll into serving pieces.
