Cakes with blueberry jam and prunes in the glaze
Great pies, the dough was sweet and soft. Flavorful filling and delicious frosting will not leave anyone indifferent. Love to share the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Jam

    6 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    70 g

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

  • Yeast

    10 g

In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Add sugar and half of the sifted flour. Stir, cover with film and put in a warm place for 1 hour.

Then add the remaining flour and sour cream. Knead the dough, cover and put in heat for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling.

Prunes cut into pieces, add the jam and there add starch. Stir it carefully.

Punch down dough, put on floured Board and again knead. Divide the dough into 16 small pieces. Roll out each to a thin circle (about 4 mm). Put in the center of the tortillas, the filling, the edges collected, form a round Patty.

Put the patties on a greased baking sheet. Cakes grease lightly beaten egg and put in a preheated 190 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Prepare the glaze. Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice. The finished pies out of the oven, pour the glaze while they are still hot, immediately sprinkle with sesame seeds. The pies are ready.
