Chocolate cake
Insanely delicious and stunning cake with a delicate filling of mascarpone and blueberry jam.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    100 ml

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Egg, sugar, yogurt and oil whip

Add baking powder, cocoa and flour, whisking

The egg and mascarpone whisk, then add the jam and beat again

Half of the dough pour into mold, top with our cream

Lay out scraps of dough and send a cake for 40 min at 180 grams in the oven
