Description
Focaccia — Italian flatbread, which is made from the same dough that is the basis for the pizza. Focaccia is round or rectangular, thin or thick (but usually subtle), it depends on the preferences of the Baker. I like to make double layer Pikachu with toppings inside, between two layers of dough. The toppings do not burn on the surface and give the dough flavor. Very tasty, I recommend.

Cooking
Sometimes the dough for Focaccia is added milk — then it becomes more lush, today we will do this test on milk Parmalat. The dough turned out great, feel just like silk. 0.5 kg of flour 25 gr. fresh yeast (you can use dry, but I cook only with fresh dough) 1.5 cups of warm milk. a pinch of salt, 1 tsp. teaspoon sugar 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix the yeast with half a teaspoon of sugar and warm milk, let stand for 10 minutes. Put the flour on a table or in a bowl, add salt, make in the center of the hole, pour the water with yeast and knead the dough until smooth. Add olive oil 2 tbsp and knead again. Shape into a ball, transfer to a bowl (if kneading in the bowl to keep it), cover with cloth, let rise for one hour. Salt is the sea! No iodine and other variants.
Our dough is ready, begin to shape the Focaccia.
Coming up the dough to form into balls.
Each roll with a rolling pin. The first layer transfer to the baking tray
Spread the tortilla with olive oil with spices and sesame seeds, add the crushed cloves of garlic, lay the slices of fresh cheese (soft, for spreading), add salt, drizzle with olive oil.
Cover with the second layer, securing edges, drill holes in the ground cheese. You can pour a trickle of oil.
Second Pikachu made on the same principle, but with green olives
And the holes cut with scissors.
T bake at 220° until tender. About 20-30 min depending on your oven. The cocoa flavors are all over the kitchen... Our Focaccia is ready.
