Tarte Tatin
Wonderful pastries with a rich taste and aroma.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 piece

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    60 g

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    60 g

  • Pumpkin

    600 g

Raisins pour balsamicznym vinegar and let stand for 2-3 hours.

Butter cut into pieces. Add the remaining ingredients. Knead the dough. Wrap in cling film and remove 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Pumpkin cut into slices thickness of 0.5, see Blanch. Put in a sieve and dry.

In the pan, which will bake, sprinkle brown sugar. On medium heat, let melt.
