Cooking
In flour, add a little rust. oil, salt and egg. You start mixing
Gradually add warm (not hot) water. Knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 2 halves, on one half add some more rust. oil.
Cover the second half. Again knead the dough to absorb all the oil. The dough should be very elastic.
Roll the dough into a ball and the butter, cover and leave while you prepare the filling. Apples peel, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice, raisins blanched nuts to dry in the oven (if necessary) and a little chop, sugar and cinnamon mix.
Roll out very thin dough. I have a silicone Mat, but you can use a towel, well sprinkled it with flour (if the dough is to roll it out just on the table, then it will be very difficult to collapse the strudel and transfer it to the baking sheet). Softened butter (about 20-30 g) lubricate the layer of dough, except for about 10 cm from one edge (this will be the seam).
Evenly spread apples, raisins and nuts, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and spread the rest of SL. oil.
Gently fold in the roll. The remaining 10 cm. brush with beaten egg and "glue" the seam.
Strudel along with a rug to pass on to the pan (if there is no Mat, the baking pan to grease SL. butter and flour). Lubricate the egg and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 min.
During the baking process a few more times to coat the strudel with the egg. When it is ready you can cover with a damp towel. Bon appetit!!!
