Description

Dessert
In the original this recipe is called "Whipped cream with poached pears and caramelized nuts", but the site now has a limited number of words in the title, so I decided to be original and call that way. The recipe is simple to prepare, delicious, but I must say - caloric, looks impressive. And want to give it to Larisochka - larik_malasha. Recipe from Julia Vysotskaya.

Cooking

step-0
Preparing components of dessert. In a pan put half a tablespoon of butter and 1 tbsp sugar brown the universal "Mistral".
step-1
Walnuts clean, slightly broken by the hand, put in a pan and fry until caramelized about 2 minutes. Remove the nuts from the pan.
step-2
My pan, put the remaining half tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon brown sugar universal "Mistral".
step-3
Take a firm ripe pear (can be plums, peaches, nectarines), wash, peel, cut into arbitrary segments. Put in a pan, stir.
step-4
Take cinnamon, cloves and star anise, grind. Or take the finished ground.
step-5
Put spices to pears. Simmer for a few minutes - get stewed pears (my son said "burnt"). Allow the pears to cool.
step-6
Whisk heavy cream with sugar brown universal "Mistral" (1 tbsp) and vanilla with a mixer in a lush cream.
step-7
Assemble the dessert. Take high glasses, cups. At the bottom of finely broken biscuits. I have my own baking almond, ideal to take the "Amaretti". But, in principle, can be any that are available.
step-8
Cookies pour the syrup from the pears, put the pears.
step-9
Next, put the whipped cream.
step-10
On top sprinkle with caramelized walnuts. Before serving it is better to put in 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
