Snack roll
Delicious and very hearty loaf consisting of a cheese layer, meat and rice layers.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk ghee

    1 cup

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Allspice

  • Green onions

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Figure

    5 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Water

    1 cup

Chicken breast chopped, add soy sauce and chopped garlic, pepper.

Add 1 tbsp sour cream, chopped green onions and stir.

Prepare cheese layer. Whisk the eggs, add melted milk, grated on a coarse grater cheese, a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth. Form 18х28 cm cover with foil, and pour the mass and level.

Bake the layer for about 20 minutes on low heat.
