You can use ready-made stuffing or cook itself. I had a piece of beef and a piece of pork (to mince), add a few slices of brioche, soaked in milk. Cabbage (you can substitute cabbage) and onions grind in a blender or through a meat grinder. To break into mincemeat 1 egg, add rice, salt, spices, mix everything carefully.
From stuffing to shape small cutlets breaded in bread crumbs, fry in vegetable oil on one side, flip, add a little water and cover with lid, stew on small fire. When the water evaporates, open the lid and fry the second side.
The collet put in a baking dish. Form I'm no oiling.
Sauce: Milk, soft cheese (I used cheese Amber light), garlic, mix until smooth, I used the immersion blender.
Cutlets, pour the sauce and send in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
Ready! Hot, well, sooo delicious! With any side dish and fresh salad.
