  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Soft cheese

    3 pack

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

You can use ready-made stuffing or cook itself. I had a piece of beef and a piece of pork (to mince), add a few slices of brioche, soaked in milk. Cabbage (you can substitute cabbage) and onions grind in a blender or through a meat grinder. To break into mincemeat 1 egg, add rice, salt, spices, mix everything carefully.
