Trout baked in foil
Fish turns out very soft, incredibly delicious and nutritious! Advised on the Playground almost by accident, it is now our favorite dish of fish, which I cook with or without. To the delight of their loved ones, and myself. (saw similar recipes here, but I have a version Lite:-) it's very simple and minimal ingredients!)

Ingredients

  • Trout

    4 piece

  • Cream

  • Dill

  • Parsley

  • Salt

Prepare the gravy. Added to the cream chopped dill and parsley (prepared with one of the components - also delicious)

Salt the fish on two sides, spread on the foil, pour the gravy If there is exposed bone - removed, in order to avoid problems with the foil

Carefully wrap (even with a slight tearing of the foil repeat this step to obtain a perfect result), put into a mold and put in oven for 20 minutes.

Spread on a platter, garnish (in this case favorite for this dish the rice) pour the sauce. And enjoy the taste! Bon appetit
