Scrolling through a few dozen sites with this recipe, came to the conclusion that it is difficult to understand who the first copied the text and put it on the Internet, but obviously nobody bothered to cook this quite interesting and unusual dish... the ingredients are simple, cooking basic.. and it turns out hearty vegetable dish, with cheese-sour cream layer.. with a crispy bread crust.. I like to dip the pieces of cabbage in white and red sauce but there is a matter of taste and Your preferences.. the Recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user lesi called "Cabbage in Romanian," and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".
