Salad of scallops with tomatoes
Again, my favorite scallops, only this time in the composition of the salad, with very unobtrusive and delicate flavor. The seafood lovers dedicated!

Ingredients

  • Scallop

    350 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mayonnaise

    1.5 Tbsp

The products required.

Thawed scallops put in boiling salted water and cook for approximately 5 minutes (depending on size). Then drain off the water and leave to cool.

Meanwhile, the tomatoes freed of excess liquid and cut into small cubes.

Eggs also cut into cubes.

Cut the onion, as you like, and fry in vegetable oil.

Scallops parse the fibers. Put all in a bowl, add the mayonnaise and mix well.
