Prepare the rice according to the directions on the package.
While cooking the rice, prepare the vegetables. Two carrots cut into thin, long plates (it is convenient to use a peeler). Place carrot strips in a heatproof bowl, season with a little salt, pour cool boiling water, a bowl of carrots cover with a plate. The remaining carrots, onions and cabbage leaves chop. Vegetables was milled (at a time)in the bowl of a blender-very fast and very convenient. In a small amount of vegetable oil, saute (until soft) chopped carrots, onions and sweet peppers. Mix a little salt, pepper. The finished rice should be cool. Carrot strips drain on paper towels.
Mix minced chicken, cooled rice, steamed vegetables, shredded cabbage. Minced season with a little salt and pepper, add the egg and mix well. A baking dish (glass-ceramic, 20*20,h 4.5 cm=1.5 litres)grease with vegetable oil. Put the inside of the carrot stripes (leave some for top of casserole).
The carrot strips will lay out the stuffing, fold the dangling carrot strips to the center.
On top of the mince and cover with the remaining carrot strips (fold the strips of "pad-pattern"). Mix sour cream with mustard, a little salt, generous pepper.
Received sauce coat the top of the "CABBAGE". Cook the casserole in the oven at 200 degrees, for about an hour.
Serve hot with fresh vegetables.
