These pancakes we've cooked my dad, but I decided to improve the recipe, adding a delicate and fragrant strawberry notes!... Pancakes turn out very tender, airy, and mousse – extremely fragrant!

Cooking
Prepare the dough. In a deep bowl crush with a fork the cottage cheese with sugar and half a sachet of vanillin. Then add the weight of 1 egg, 4 tbsp flour, baking powder, raisins and stir well everything.
