Chocolate-fruit soufflé with cookies
Very chocolaty, fruity and delicious dessert for the sweet tooth, which will delight you and your guests and will be a real sweet surprise of the evening.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    70 g

  • Black currants

    1 cup

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Cookies

    100 g

Clean the black currants and wash, dry and survive the juice using a juicer or grind through a sieve. I got 150 ml of juice. I added in the juice of 50 ml of boiled water and 1 tablespoon of sugar and stirred. Can juice is not diluted, but then squeeze to 200 ml. and sugar to taste.

Chocolate pieces put in a bowl.

and melt in a water bath.

Soak the gelatin to swell in the sixfold amount of cold boiled water. Drain the water.

Take 1 Cup cream and 1 Cup of juice.

Pour the cream into the melted chocolate, mix and add 1/2 of gelatin. Put the bowl of chocolate in a water bath and warmed to dissolve the gelatin grains. To the chocolate mixture, you can add 1 tbsp rum or chocolate liquor, but it is optional.

Currant juice pour into a saucepan, put the second part of gelatin and heated on the stove, not boiling. Remove the pan from the heat. Can gelatin with juice to dissolve in a water bath. Protect the vitamins in the juice.

Take 2 glasses, preferably large and high. Pour into glasses evenly with 1/2 of chocolate mixture, add the pieces of biscuit. I have a small cookies, and I still divided them into 2 parts, just don't crumble! As you put the cookies depends on the height of your glass and the taste. I have 4 pieces in each glass. Put the cups in the refrigerator until fully cured, ~ 30 min.

Remove cups from fridge and pour equal portions of the juice of the currant. Put the cups in the fridge for ~ 30 min to complete curing.

And last, third layer - chocolate, bottled, and again put in the fridge for 30 min. take out, decorate cookies, grated chocolate and enjoy.
