Fried potatoes in Azerbaijani
To be honest, I never ate a more delicious fried potatoes. When I think about it, "begin to flow salivating". Try it, I think you'll love it.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Pepper

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Garlic

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a pan heat the vegetable oil, add the piece of butter, melt and heat up well the mixture of oils. Potatoes, peel, cut into slices, put in a pan with oil.

Cook the potatoes 8-10 minutes, occasionally stirring gently, over medium heat. Onions cut into thin half-rings, then add it to the pan with the potatoes.

Cut the pepper into thin strips. After 5 minutes add the onions to the pan pepper.

After another 5 minutes Dablam the potatoes with vegetables slices of tomato.

Continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes, then add the finely minced garlic and pepper.

Add the greens.

Beat eggs, add salt.

Stir fry all together for another 2-3 minutes.
