Cooking
The lentils cover with cold water 1:2, bring to the boil and with the lid closed, cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Drain in a sieve, rinse with cold water.
Olive oil mix well with vinegar.
Mix the lentils with the oil and vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Let stand 15-20 minutes.
While infused lentils, make bread. Honestly, ciabatta we have in the city I found, and bake for there was no time, so wanted to try these sandwiches. So I took an ordinary baguette, joining in friendly Union, Italy and France ;) so, to cut the bread into pieces and dry the pan, without adding oil, until Golden brown.
The cheese I got was very soft, so I just salt it, pepper and added chopped parsley. If your cheese is more dense, just add cream or milk and beat well. Now each slice of bread rubbed with garlic and spread on top of cheese layer.
