Tenderizing pork fileecho did not know that it would have to do. Decided to make the summer rolls with vegetables!!! It turned out juicy and ocheeen delicious! And beautiful!!!

Cooking
Pork cut into pieces, to beat through the thin film.
Prepare the filling: in a pan in vegetable oil stew finely chopped onions, grated carrots and cabbage, cut into strips, add salt and pepper, I also sprinkle lightly with vinegar (but this is optional).
Spread our pork, salt, pepper, sprinkle with pripravki (both sides) and spread nadinochka evenly throughout the meat.
Then in batter (beat eggs, add milk, salt, pepper and flour to the consistency of thick cream) and spread on a heated pan, fry in vegetable oil on medium heat under a lid until tender. Just say: everything is fine fried until cooked, meat beat very thinly a few millimeters (and then rolls holding up great, no need to chop off a toothpick). If you want thicker, you will need to additionally stew. Bon appetit!
