I love to pamper their loved ones delicious! Meat is such a large piece it is best to cook on the weekend because we are all people working and busy, gather together at the same table these days. The marinade is the highlight of my meals, the meat is very flavorful and juicy, I'm sure your other half will not remain indifferent!

Cooking
Prepare all ingredients for cooking meat. Meat add salt according to your taste.
Bulgarian and hot pepper remove seeds and place in blender along with garlic, parsley, ginger and punch in a pulse mode. Add the olive oil to 2 tbsp, Tabasco, paprika 1 tsp, balsamic vinegar, honey and 3 tbsp of soy sauce to punch in normal mode all together.
To cover the resulting marinade all the meat and place it in a resealable container. Send at least 24 hours, preferably for 30 hours on the middle shelf of the refrigerator.
Meat with marinade, place into the oven bag and send in a heated to 200"C oven for 75 minutes. Focus on your oven and the thickness of the meat meat!
Small sized potatoes peel and dry. 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, salt (to taste), paprika 0,5 tsp and coriander to make the sauce (I put all the ingredients in a small jar with a lid and shaking it in your hand, whisk until smooth.
Place the potatoes in the oven bag and cover with sauce. Bake along with the meat (after the 50 minutes of roasting meat, put the potatoes in the oven, because it bakes faster.
10 minutes before end of roasting meat cut package at the top and again, place the meat in the oven to brown.
Ready meat to serve with vegetables and lettuce.
