Quick strawberry jam with Basil
Understand that it's almost arrogance on my part. But I, as the sister of Carlson, I suggest you cook for dessert, jam. I like that in many countries at the end of dinner cheese Board or plate. So what I'm getting at - I really like this jam with cheese on a thin slice of crispy baguette.

Ingredients

Strawberries wash, cut off stems, slice into quarters. Fill with sugar, add the lemon juice. Leave for 5 minutes.

Boil the strawberries. After boiling to remove foam, add the chopped Basil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Add the squeezed out gelatine and stir until fully dissolved. Pour the jam into a suitable container and cool quickly.
