Seaweed as preserves
Love seaweed, but I can't eat store-bought canned food, offer a recipe of cooking such salad.

Ingredients

  • Sea Kale

    1 pack

  • Star anise

  • Allspice

    5 piece

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Sea cabbage to put in hot water for 30 minutes, then rinse well in cold water of mucus
