Open potato pies
The usual, a favourite combination of potatoes and mushrooms with a pleasant spicy hint of pickled cucumber, these "pies" can be used as hot appetizers and main dishes. A minimum of products and effort - and tasty dish is ready!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    4 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bread crumbs

  • Cheese

    20 g

  • Sour cream

Fry in vegetable oil onions and mushrooms, cool slightly, add grated on a fine grater cucumber, add salt and pepper to taste

Peeled potatoes boil until tender blend, cool slightly, add egg, flour, salt to taste, mix thoroughly
