Meatloaf with vegetables
I made this loaf for her granddaughter. Not all kids like carrots, and strive to pull out of the soup... And roll flew away with a Bang! Giving it to you! Go!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

Garlic and parsley finely chop. In a bowl, mix the minced meat with egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, cumin, salt and pepper. Hand mix well.
