Sweet cheese balls in Alma-ATA
I was interested to try to cook the recipe of the famous Russian chef Anatoly Galkin, the winner of many awards and not only domestic, inbound into a private club 100 best chefs in the world. You know what this dish is, of course, made several orders of magnitude higher, was part of the menu of Mikhail Gorbachev. It tastes good, although not as beautiful as we would like.
