To prepare the dough, mix with a mixer all the ingredients... 2\3 of the test stretch laid out on baking paper form (24 cm diameter) and on the inner sides of forms, too - a side. FILLING: All components of the mix with a mixer (in the end you can add dried fruit if desired). And spread it on the dough. Remaining dough, pinching off, lay on top of the filling.
