In a frying pan heat a little olive oil, add the peeled and chopped garlic, fry until light brown colour.
Add the tomatoes in own juice, capers, a little salt and pepper and pour soy sauce. Cook about 8 minutes over medium heat, without covering with a lid.
I used the sauce brand "Kikkoman". In this case the soy sauce is well set off the taste of the fish.
After 8 minutes add the tuna, drain the juice in advance, we do not need. Fish to break to pieces. Stir and cook for another 8 minutes. Optionally, you can add a little sugar, for example, a pinch, it goes well with tomato sauce.
At this time, in a saucepan, heat water and boil the spaghetti until tender, following the instructions. Then drain the water from pasta and add pasta to the finished sauce. Add the chopped parsley. Stir and serve immediately.
