Make a sauce: mix in a bowl soy sauce, vinegar, starch, sugar, tomato paste. Cut onion into semi-rings and fry in vegetable oil until soft

Garlic passed through a press and add to the onions along with the ginger. Fry for another minute. Aromas of funky hovering in the kitchen. Onions are ready put on a plate. Fish cut into portions, sprinkle with salt and pepper. If you fish more dry rock, you can roll them in starch, so when frying to keep the juice and tenderness, and I missed this step.

In a pan pour little oil and fry the fish from both sides on high heat just a minute on each side.
