Cake
I brought from Abkhazia many lemons... so I decided to make some cake with lemon... it turned out Delicious cake!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    2 tsp

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Lemon

    3 piece

  • Gelatin

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

For a start, let us pour the gelatin with water and leave to swell for 40-60 minutes.

Make the dough. Dissolve coffee in warm water. Mix all the ingredients.

Pour our dough in a detachable form for baking. And put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake 20 min. or until dry sticks.

Meanwhile, prepare a filling. Wash lemons, cut into quarters, and free from bones. Grind in a blender.

And here is our cake is ready. Allow to cool and cut into 2 parts. A detachable form to cover with cling film. And at the bottom put the first Korzh.

Swollen gelatin to warm up on the stove, not boiling. Allow to cool. Half of gelatin pour in the lemon lot. And put this mass on the cake. Put in refrigerator for 10 min.

In smetana add sugar. Pour the second part of gelatin. To put weight on a bit of frozen lemon.

Top cover with the second Korzh. And put in the fridge to harden the filling. Decorate the cake as desired... for some reason I wanted a gloss on top... I made the chocolate glaze : 2 tbsp cacao 2-3 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp milk, 50 gr. butter. Heat to a boil. Cool. I covered the icing in the cake. Put in the fridge to harden. Then we drew pictures icing, again in the refrigerator. Soak 1 tbsp gelatin in water, and then when heated, I added 1 tsp of coffee and poured the cake again to set. When everything freezes (I have 3-4 hours standing in the refrigerator), remove the bumpers shape. Put the cake onto a plate and carefully remove plastic wrap.
