Very delicate pie with vegetables and shrimp in an egg and cream-zalivochka. This option is quiche-pie was born under the impression of Kish culinary masterpieces of cooks of Malecki (maj4 ik) and Ira (Oolitic). Since then I have become an ardent fan of quiche pies. Well, very much a delicious thing!

Cooking
Parboil the broccoli in salted water (5 minutes), drain the water. Onion cut into half rings, fry in Rast.oil until transparent, add the broccoli. Add salt, preservatives and half the sesame seeds. Fry for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil in salted water shrimp to clean. Grease a baking dish with oil, put into it the prepared dough and toppings: sauteed vegetables and shrimp.
Pour our pie filling prepared (eggs+cream+salt+seasoning), sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds and put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Almost finished cake sprinkle with grated cheese and send in the oven for another 10-15 minutes (to melt cheese).
This has turned into a pie.
