Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Zucchini

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Mushrooms cut into several parts. Lightly fry.

The mushrooms 5-10 minutes add the onion, diced.

Add zucchini and fry for a few minutes.

Add milk, allow to boil, simmer a couple of minutes.

Puree them, add cream cheese, can do without it, then the sauce will be easier.

If the sauce is runny, again put on fire until the liquid boils away.
