Description
This weekend I wanted something sweet and unusual, and the Internet was not working. So to ask for the help of her beloved "Boy" was not possible. Had to look through magazines and found these nice little coffee puddings with sweet sauce, flavored with vanilla. At first surprised, and why puddings, because this is biscuits... a Pudding in my view quite different. But in the process of their preparation, understand why such the name...

Cooking
Enter to milk dissolved in 1 tbsp boiling water coffee and vanilla essence. Stir.
Sift flour with baking powder and soda. RUB the sugar with the butter until lush light cream. Whipping, enter the portions of the egg. Stir in the flour and mix thoroughly.
Add to the dough milk-coffee mixture and mix.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Fill greased molds 2/3 of the volume. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pudding will not be firm to the touch and will not depart from the walls of the molds.
While they baked, prepare the sauce. To do this, melt the butter and stir into it the sugar. Stirring occasionally, boil until mixture turns light brown. I overexpose, I have it turned a dark brown.
Add cream and coffee, diluted in 3 tbsp of boiling water, and boil on medium heat for 5 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add vanilla essence and mix.
When I come out of the oven these puddings, I realized why they call it that. Though they are from the test, but such air like a real pudding.
The finished puddings cover with sauce and garnish with whipped cream. On top sprinkle with freshly ground coffee.
And here they are at fault. Such delicious stuff, impossible to put down. Delicate, airy, drenched in a sweet coffee-vanilla sauce. The fragrance is that it is impossible to resist. Enjoy your tea!
