Plum sauce
Savory, spicy taste :) a gourmet Sauce :) Very well suited to the second dish :) especially meat :)

Ingredients

  • Drain

    1 kg

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Cooking

The sink to wash put them in a saucepan cover with water to just cover the plums

Bring to a boil, discard in a colander to remove the bones

RUB through a sieve (but I combine it milled)

Add the garlic, Chile, cilantro and salt to taste and Pochereth and again to grind

Bring to a boil

Cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes stirring occasionally while cooking the sauce will thicken slightly

Cool:) keep in Khol-ke and in General:) help yourself:) the sauce is ready!:)
