Eateries tartlets with salmon and cheese
Beautiful, delicious holiday appetizer. Quick and simple to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    100 g

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Dill

  • Bread crumbs

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Butter (frozen) to grate on a medium grater, salmon and dill finely chop, add cheese

Mix in a blender until smooth (or all of the products twice to skip h\\s meat grinder).

Put into the refrigerator.

From breadcrumbs, eggs, oil, salt and water to make dough (should have the consistency similar to sand.).

Silicone molds to fill the dough (for baking baskets of dough).

Put in the microwave for 2 minutes. Allow to cool, then remove the finished cakes from silicone molds.

Fill tartlet "cream" (I did confectionery syringe). Decorate with slices of bell pepper and dill.
